We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery. You cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty.

Adjustable four-hole foot straps take different sized feet. Alloy steel frame, 3kg.
This is the simple version of the under-desk machine, and for a lot of people it is the right one. It pedals, it folds, and it weighs 3kg.
Because it is light you can lift it onto a table and pedal with your hands, which is what makes it useful for shoulder and arm work as well as legs. The heavier elliptical cannot do that.
Resistance is a knob rather than a set of numbered levels. Turn it right for more, left for less, and set it by feel. That is less precise and it is also less to go wrong.
The monitor shows time, pedal count, calories and RPM, with a short press to cycle and a long press to reset, and it switches itself off after four minutes of no movement.
Four rubber feet and an extra fixing strap deal with the main problem of a light machine, which is that it walks away from you. A sponge sleeve on the frame keeps the pipe from getting hot in a long session.

Can I use it for arms as well as legs?
Yes. Put it on a table and pedal with your hands. At 3kg it is light enough to lift up there, which the heavier elliptical is not.
How does the resistance work?
A tension knob. Turn it one way for more effort and the other for less. There are no numbered levels; you set it by feel.
Does it fold?
Yes, which is the point. Open it under the desk and fold it into a cupboard afterwards.
What does the monitor show?

Is this the same as the under desk elliptical?
No. That one glides in an ellipse, has eight magnetic levels and weighs 11kg. This one turns a circle, adjusts by knob and folds. The elliptical is smoother; this one is portable and cheaper.
Can older people use it?
It is one of the common uses, for gentle movement while seated. Whether it suits a particular person is a question for their physiotherapist or doctor.
Does it plug in?
No. The monitor runs on its own battery.
Will it fit under a low desk?
Packed it is 25.4cm tall; in use you need clearance for your knees at the top of the stroke. Measure before you order.
Does the frame get hot?
A sponge sleeve on the pipe is there for a long session. It is a precaution rather than a common problem.
